We are currently seeking Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at a busy restaurant in the vibrant city of Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to our guests while ensuring their overall dining experience is enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to guests with attention to detail and presentation
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and ingredients
- Assist with setting up tables and replenishing supplies as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Process payments using the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Fluency in English is required
