Language Tutor

As a Language Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized language instruction to students in Kaunas, Lithuania. This role requires a high level of fluency in the specific language being taught, as well as experience in teaching or tutoring. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each student.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting one-on-one or small group language lessons with students
- Assessing students' current language abilities and creating personalized lesson plans
- Instructing students on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and other aspects of the language
- Providing feedback and tracking progress for each student
- Incorporating cultural elements into lessons to enhance understanding and fluency
- Utilizing a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students and meet their learning needs
- Communicating effectively with students' parents or guardians about progress and any concerns
- Staying up-to-date with current language teaching methods and materials

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in the specified language
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to fit individual student needs
- Understanding of cultural nuances related to the language being taught

Preferred:
- Teaching certification or degree in related field
- Experience working with students of different ages and abilities

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania
