Senior Accountant
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in Bayan. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management review
- Monitor cash flow and budgeting to ensure financial stability
- Perform month-end close processes and prepare necessary journal entries
- Oversee tax preparation and filing activities
- Assist with annual audit preparation
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Train and supervise junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting/finance role, with at least 2 years in a senior position
- Knowledge of local GAAP regulations and standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
- Proficient in using accounting software (SAP preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
