IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Herzliya. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for computer systems, hardware, and software. You will also be responsible for maintaining and upgrading systems, setting up new equipment, and training employees on technology usage. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and networking, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software
- Troubleshoot issues reported by employees and resolve them in a timely manner
- Install and configure new equipment and software
- Maintain and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance
- Train employees on technology usage and best practices
- Keep track of inventory for hardware and software supplies
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement new technology solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems

Salary: 1200$ per month
