Part-Time Computer Support Specialist


Our company is seeking a Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Herzliya. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware, software, and network issues. This is a part-time position, perfect for someone looking for flexible hours and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the IT field.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure software applications and operating systems
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience providing technical support for computer systems (hardware, software, networks)
- Knowledge of Windows operating system environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Pakistani nationality preferred.

Salary:
1600$ per month (based on 20 hours per week)
