Merchandiser (Malayalee candidates preferred) - Siauliai, Lithuania

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and promote our products. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute merchandising plans to showcase products in an attractive manner
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are restocked in a timely manner
- Collaborate with sales team to determine product placement and pricing strategies
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions about product assortment and placement
- Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for product purchasing
- Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and customer service skills

Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to travel for work as needed
