Industrial Alpinist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Svalbard, Norway. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing high-risk tasks at great heights in various industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting inspections and maintenance of industrial structures at great heights
- Performing rope access and rigging techniques to access difficult-to-reach areas
- Assisting in the installation of equipment and structures at height
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintaining and inspecting all equipment used during jobs
- Communicating with team members and clients to ensure efficient completion of tasks

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Industrial Alpinist or similar role
- Valid certification in industrial alpinism or rope access techniques
- Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures for working at heights
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in extreme weather conditions
- Additional certifications in first aid, CPR, or other relevant skills
- Familiarity with various industrial settings such as oil rigs, wind turbines, or bridges
