We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team in Svalbard, Norway. As a part-time sales manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies to increase revenue and reach sales targets. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and reach sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify potential new markets and business opportunities for the company
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the sales industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing a team
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be able to work part-time with flexible hours

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
