We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and ensure they are executed effectively
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with team members and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe and budget while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred but not required

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month. The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and skills.
