Tiler Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tiler Supervisor to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As the Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of tilers, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of tiling staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that all tiling projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
- Train new tilers on proper techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
- Inspect completed work for quality control and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Order materials, tools, and equipment as needed for projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience working as a tiler with proven supervisory skills
- Strong knowledge of various tiling techniques, materials, and tools
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Good communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of manual labor

Salary: 1700$ per month
