We are in need of a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Mombasa. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. Your duties will include reading blueprints, measuring and cutting materials to specifications, and assembling and installing structures according to design plans. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various hand and power tools, as well as knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut materials to specified measurements using hand or power tools
- Assemble and fasten materials using nails, screws or adhesives
- Install structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, windows, doors, cabinets according to design plans
- Inspect work for quality and accuracy
- Follow all safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and use various hand/power tools
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Attention to detail with good measuring skills
- Physical strength with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: $1500 per month
Work schedule: Full-time
