Back-End Developer
Our company is seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join our team in Kaunas. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side of our web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. You will work closely with our front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various programming languages and frameworks, as well as knowledge of database design and management. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Integrate data storage solutions
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to improve our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in back-end development
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, Python, etc.)
- Experience working with web frameworks (Django, Spring Boot)
- Knowledge of database design and management (SQL)
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS)
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
