Junior JAVA Developer

This is an entry-level position perfect for an English-speaking Nepali national or anyone with experience in JAVA development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of JAVA and its related technologies, as well as a passion for learning and staying up-to-date on industry trends. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and implement new features and functionality for our software products
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using JAVA and related technologies
- Troubleshoot and debug code to identify and fix any issues or bugs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve development processes
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Contribute ideas for improving product functionality, user experience, and overall design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong knowledge of JAVA programming language and associated tools such as Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate
- Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date on industry trends
