Entry-level Crane Operator


We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry-level Crane Operator in Os, Norway. As a crane operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to move heavy materials, equipment, and machinery on construction sites or in industrial settings. Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Read and interpret load charts to determine safe lifting capacities
- Inspect and maintain cranes, ensuring they are in proper working condition
- Communicate with ground crew and signal workers to ensure safe movement of materials
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid crane operator license or certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Physically fit and able to climb ladders, operate controls, and lift heavy loads
- Excellent depth perception and hand-eye coordination
- Basic math skills for calculating load weights and reading load charts
- Ability to work at heights in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
