Contract Electrician



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Electrician to join our team in Bergen. As a Contract Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in commercial and residential buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems
- Install new electrical systems and equipment according to blueprints and specifications
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
- Ensure all work is in compliance with safety codes and regulations
- Keep accurate records of all work completed
- Communicate with clients to discuss project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Work independently or as part of a team, depending on project needs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in a contracting role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety protocols, and best practices
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
- Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces if needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Valid Electrician license/certification
- Own tools is a plus

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bergen (Relocation assistance available)

Contract Type: Full-time contract with potential for extension or permanent employment.
