Job Title: Skilled Handyman

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Bayan, Kenya. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This role is open to all genders and requires previous experience in handy work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
- Inspect properties regularly for any issues and address them in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary tools and supplies are available
- Communicate with tenants and address any concerns or requests promptly
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the properties
- Complete daily checklists to ensure all tasks have been completed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with tenants professionally
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks
- Kenyan nationality preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
