Handyman for Property Maintenance in Bayan, Egypt

A property management company in Bayan is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property maintenance and repairs, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify and address any issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Bayan, Egypt. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in or willing to relocate to Bayan.
