Land Surveyor



As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important information for construction projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate and precise measurements are obtained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques such as GPS, laser scanners, and traditional instruments
- Research previous survey records, maps, deeds, and other documents to obtain necessary information
- Mark property boundaries and stake out new construction sites
- Create detailed maps and reports based on survey data
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate results and provide support as needed
- Monitor project progress to ensure that construction is in accordance with survey plans
- Keep accurate records of all surveys conducted

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
- Good communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this full-time position.
