Construction Project Manager

A reputable construction company in Wiltz is seeking a highly organized and skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This position is suitable for Indian nationals with or without experience, as we are willing to provide training and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure that all safety protocols are being followed on site
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, progress reports, etc.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Valid driver's license

Salary: 1300$ per month. This position is open to both men and women.
Location: Wiltz (visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens)
Language Requirement: English (additional languages are a plus)
