We are a construction company in Split, Croatia seeking an experienced and skilled Slinger to join our team. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials around the construction site. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate lifting equipment such as cranes, hoists, and forklifts to move materials around the construction site
- Work closely with the crane operator to ensure safe and accurate placement of materials
- Inspect and maintain lifting equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Determine appropriate rigging methods based on load weight and shape
- Communicate effectively with team members using English language skills
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Slinger in a construction setting
- Valid certification for operating lifting equipment (e.g. crane operator's license)
- Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights if needed
- Valid work permit or Croatian citizenship/residency
