We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various heavy machinery on construction sites, including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to company policies and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure proper functioning
- Report any maintenance or operational issues to supervisors immediately
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy machinery
- Ability to read project plans and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Effective communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Preference for Kenyan or foreign workers with experience working in construction

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract.

Contract Duration:
This is a contract position with an expected duration of 6 months.
