Sales Manager (Egyptian and Canadian candidates preferred)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sheduva. This role requires someone with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in the sales industry, preferably with a focus on English speaking markets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide reports to upper management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with English speaking markets is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
