Factory Machine Operator

Our manufacturing company in Malindi is currently seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in our production process. Your duties will include setting up machines, monitoring their operations, and performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of machine operations and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards. Previous experience in a factory setting is preferred but not required.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Candidates must hold a valid biometric passport and be willing to work without experience as on-the-job training will be provided. Fluency in English is not required, but basic communication skills are preferred.
