Concierge

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents of a luxury apartment building in Os, Norway. Your main duties will include greeting and assisting visitors, responding to inquiries and requests, making reservations and recommendations for local activities and services, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, events, and other services as needed
- Provide recommendations for local activities, events, restaurants, and other services
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Monitor security cameras to ensure the safety of guests and residents
- Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared for new arrivals
- Assist with luggage handling as needed
- Maintain knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, transportation options, etc.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Friendly and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Salary: $1000 per month
