Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Hire, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the restaurant
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to menu standards
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Develop strategies to increase revenue through effective marketing techniques and promotions
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality or service
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations including inventory management, budgeting, and customer service
- Knowledgeable about food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
Salary:
1600$ per month plus benefits (negotiable based on experience)
