IT Manager - Monte-Carlo


We are in search of a highly experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT infrastructure and operations of our company. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and functionality of our systems, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company's IT infrastructure
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards
- Oversee system security measures and ensure data protection
- Identify areas for improvement and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements or updates to systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of network administration, security systems, databases, and data storage systems
- Experience with implementing new technologies and managing projects from conception to completion
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Preferred:
- Experience working in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of multiple operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, Linux
- Familiarity with cloud computing services

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Monte-Carlo (accommodation provided if needed)

Working Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
