Network and Systems Administrator

The Network and Systems Administrator will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of all network and IT systems in our company. This includes setting up and configuring network equipment, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring the security of all systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking and systems administration, with experience in managing both physical and virtual networks. They should also have knowledge of various operating systems and be able to work well under pressure. As this role is based in Monte-Carlo without accommodation provided, preference will be given to candidates who are already located in or willing to relocate to the city. This position is open to all genders.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure the security of all systems by implementing appropriate measures
- Manage both physical and virtual networks
- Maintain accurate documentation for all network configurations
- Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot complex issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in networking and systems administration
- Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
