Teamlead in Monte-Carlo



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Monte-Carlo. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the given time frame.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to help them grow and excel in their roles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues that may impact project success
- Communicate project updates, status reports, and any changes or adjustments to stakeholders
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous learning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Teamlead or Project Manager
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
