We are hiring a skilled Moderator to join our growing team in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining order and enforcing rules within our online community. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all members adhere to our guidelines and interact respectfully with one another.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content and ensure it meets our community standards
- Enforce rules and guidelines by issuing warnings or taking action against violators
- Respond to user inquiries and provide assistance when needed
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop and implement strategies for improving community engagement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in community management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
- Prior experience moderating online communities or social media platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online etiquette and the ability to diffuse conflicts
- Passion for creating a positive online community experience for all users
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: 1600$ per month (without accommodation)
