We are searching for a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Painter, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the aesthetic appearance of buildings, structures, and other surfaces. Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in painting and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix paint and other materials to create desired colors and textures
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Choose appropriate tools and techniques for each project
- Clean and maintain painting equipment
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in painting
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of different painting techniques and tools
- Ability to mix paint to create desired colors and textures
- Good physical stamina and ability to work at heights if needed
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position will be based in Monte-Carlo.
