Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to complete various construction or maintenance tasks. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1300$ per month.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of equipment mechanics and be able to operate machinery safely and efficiently. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Basic understanding of equipment mechanics
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
