Junior Commercial Architect in Monte-Carlo


We are in search of a talented and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting senior architects in designing and developing commercial buildings and spaces. You will also collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an architect
- Knowledge of commercial building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Working visa sponsorship available for non-EU candidates

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in creating designs for commercial buildings and spaces
- Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and building regulations
- Collaborate with project managers to determine project timelines and budgets
- Work closely with engineers to ensure that designs are structurally sound
- Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD or Revit
