Contract Industrial Architect
As a contract industrial architect in Monte-Carlo, you will work on various projects in the design and construction of industrial buildings. Your primary responsibility will be to create functional and efficient spaces for manufacturing, storage, and distribution facilities. You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to develop innovative solutions that meet their specific needs and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant information for design development
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Work closely with project managers to develop cost-effective solutions within budget constraints
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and other legal requirements
- Oversee construction process to ensure design specifications are being met
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture projects
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month. Please note that this is a contract job, so benefits such as health insurance or paid time off may not be included.
