Machine Operator

We are in need of an experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and cutting. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output
- Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance on machines as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects
- Maintain production records and report any issues or delays
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator
- Proven knowledge of machine operation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience with CNC machines is a plus
- Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing industry is preferred
