Job Title: Executive Chef at a Luxury Hotel in Monte-Carlo
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our luxury hotel in Monte-Carlo. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operations, from menu planning and food preparation to kitchen management and staff training.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and updating menus that reflect the hotel's high standards and satisfy guest preferences
- Ensuring that all food is prepared and presented in accordance with company standards and quality guidelines
- Managing kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating kitchen staff to maintain a high level of performance and professionalism
- Collaborating with other departments to plan special events or promotions that involve food service
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new ingredients, cooking techniques, and equipment
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent culinary skills with a creative approach to menu planning
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines from around the world
- Experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month. The successful candidate must have their own accommodation in Monte-Carlo. All nationalities are welcome to apply.
