Part-Time Executive Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis in Monte-Carlo. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. You will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure the highest quality of food and service is provided to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and delicious menus that cater to our guests' preferences
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring they follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to maintain high standards of service and quality
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualifications preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating unique dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary: 1500$ per month (based on experience)
