Construction Manager
As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Monte-Carlo. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Establish project timelines, milestones, and budgetary requirements
- Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor progress of construction activities and make necessary adjustments to meet project deadlines
- Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates on project status
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality of workmanship and resolve any issues that may arise
- Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements in Monte-Carlo is an asset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
This is a part-time position suitable for men. Accommodation will not be provided.
