Job Title: Merchandiser Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising team and ensuring that all products are displayed and promoted effectively in our Monte-Carlo store. You will work closely with the merchandisers to create visually appealing displays and implement marketing strategies to drive sales. As a supervisor, you will also be responsible for training new team members, monitoring inventory levels, and analyzing sales reports to make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and previous experience in visual merchandising. A biometric passport is required for all nationalities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the merchandising team to ensure products are displayed and promoted effectively
- Collaborate with merchandisers to create visually appealing displays
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales
- Train new team members on visual merchandising techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in visual merchandising or related field

- Attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing displays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with inventory management software preferred
