Junior Merchandiser in Monte-Carlo


We are searching for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for supporting the merchandising process from start to finish, including product selection, ordering, and inventory management. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of $1700 per month and includes a free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in selecting products for our store based on current trends and customer preferences
- Communicate with suppliers to place orders and negotiate pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create attractive displays and promotions
- Analyze sales data to identify top-performing products and make recommendations for future orders
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper product placement on the sales floor
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competition, and customer preferences

Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage inventory levels effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar software for data analysis
