Job Title: Contract Sales Manager
As a Contract Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our company's sales in Monte-Carlo. You will work closely with our team to develop and maintain relationships with clients and identify potential new business opportunities. Your main objective will be to meet sales targets, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a contract position open to all nationalities, with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in Monte-Carlo
- Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure all terms are beneficial for both parties
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and guidance as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required
