Administrator - Monte-Carlo, Monaco
We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our team in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and organizing administrative tasks and providing support to our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Provide support to team members by coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, and preparing materials
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and invoices
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
