Office Manager in Monte-Carlo
As an Office Manager in Monte-Carlo, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office. Your main duties will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth communication within the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reports
- Coordinate with HR for employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Facilitate communication between different departments
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees
- Ensure a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary: 1600$
