Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our luxurious hotel in Monte-Carlo. Your main goal will be to attract corporate clients, event planners, and travel agents to book their stays with us. You will work closely with the hotel's marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agents
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase our hotel's amenities and services
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals for the hotel
- Analyze market trends and competition to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional packages and campaigns
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and market trends in the hotel industry
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships
- Proactive mindset with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
