Hotel Sales Manager - Monte-Carlo
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. You will build relationships with potential clients, negotiate contracts, and promote the hotel through various channels. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Identify potential business opportunities and establish relationships with key decision makers
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure profitable business deals
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions to increase revenue
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, events, and networking functions
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and market trends
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
