Concierge at Luxury Hotel in Monte-Carlo
As a Concierge at our luxury hotel in Monte-Carlo, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests. Your main duties will include assisting guests with their needs and requests, providing recommendations for local attractions and activities, and making reservations for various services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide prompt assistance
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, entertainment, etc.
- Provide information on local attractions, events, and activities
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and policies
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service role preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Salary: $1500 per month
Location: Monte-Carlo
