IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the technology operations for our company in La-Condamine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and management, as well as a proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining IT systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology infrastructure
- Manage and oversee all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and regularly tested
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support
- Manage the budget for technology expenses and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Communicate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the company remains competitive

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Proven experience implementing and managing complex IT systems
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and data protection measures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical issues efficiently
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical colleagues
