Job Title: Teamlead - La Condamine, Monaco


We are a rapidly growing company in the heart of Monaco, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve our company's goals and objectives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects and driving our business forward.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor their progress
- Develop strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and priorities
- Identify areas for improvement within the team or processes and implement necessary changes
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in managing teams and delivering successful projects on time
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
