Facade Technician
Location: La Condamine, Monaco


We are looking for a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in La Condamine, Monaco. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building facades to ensure their safety and structural integrity. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades and identify any issues or potential hazards
- Repair and maintain facade structures, including windows, doors, cladding, and other related components
- Install new facade components as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all tasks
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on building facades
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a facade technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of facade construction materials and techniques
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to facade construction and maintenance
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.
