Entry-Level Painter


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Painter to join our team in La-Condamine. As an Entry-Level Painter, you will assist in preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying various types of finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the painting industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling holes, and applying primer
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors and consistencies
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or spray guns
- Cover floors and furniture with drop cloths to protect from paint splatter
- Clean and maintain painting equipment
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- No prior experience required - we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Basic understanding of color theory and how to mix paints
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit - this job may involve lifting heavy equipment and standing for long periods of time

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: La-Condamine (accommodation not provided)
Contract type: Full-time with possibility for overtime hours as needed
