A reputable contracting company in La Condamine is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying and finishing plaster on various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and other structures. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix and apply plaster to desired consistency
- Skim surfaces with a coat of plaster for an even finish
- Use hand tools to create decorative designs on plaster surface
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in existing plaster work
- Ensure safety standards are met at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plasterer preferred but not required
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Duration: 1 year with possibility for extension
